At 360web by Dr. Bill 360, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

General Refund Guidelines

  1. Eligibility:
    • Refunds are available for products and services within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the service has not yet been performed or the product has not been used.
    • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
    • Monthly subscriptions may be eligible for a refund if the service has not been used during the billing period.
  2. Hosting Services:
    • If a hosting service has already been performed, it is non-refundable. If the service has not been performed, you may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction.
  3. Website and Marketing Services:
    • Website build fees are subject to a 30% cancellation fee when in progress and a 70% cancellation fee when the site design is delivered for review. No refunds are available once the first revision is completed or after 30 days from the transaction date.
  4. SSL Certificates:
    • Refunds for SSL certificates are available within 30 days of purchase, provided the certificate has not been activated.
  5. Domain Name Services:
    • If you purchase a product that includes a free domain name, the cost of the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount if the product is cancelled.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Review Eligibility:
    • Before requesting a refund, review our refund policy to ensure your product or service is eligible.
  2. Contact Support:
    • If your purchase is eligible for a refund, please delete the product or service from your account.
    • Contact 360web support to request a refund for the eligible, deleted product. Our 360web Guides are available to assist you with this process.
  3. Processing Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
